You can book your trip through the Brit Transport website, mobile app, or at any of our terminals. Simply select your departure location, destination, travel date, preferred seat, and complete your booking and payment.

Yes. You can conveniently book your ticket online through the Brit Transport website or mobile app. You can also book as a guest without creating an account.

Brit Transport accepts cash payments at our terminals, bank transfers, and online payments through Paystack. Payment options may vary depending on where you make your booking.

Yes. Once your booking and payment have been successfully completed, your booking confirmation/ticket will be provided through the available booking channel.

Please do not make another payment immediately. Contact Brit Transport Customer Service or visit the terminal with your payment details, transaction reference, and phone number used for the booking so the payment can be verified and your ticket issued or the matter resolved.

Rescheduling may be possible depending on the ticket type, route, availability, and applicable ticket conditions. Please contact the terminal or Customer Service as early as possible before your scheduled departure.

Yes. Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund, subject to the applicable ticket terms and conditions.

If a trip is cancelled or significantly delayed due to circumstances within our operations, affected passengers will be informed and provided with the available options, which may include rescheduling or other appropriate arrangements.

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow enough time for check-in, boarding, and luggage handling.

If you miss your scheduled bus, please contact the terminal immediately. Your ticket may be subject to the applicable ticket and rescheduling policy, and any available alternative will depend on seat availability.

Passengers should have their valid ticket/booking confirmation and a valid means of identification where required. Additional identification or information may be requested for verification purposes.

Passengers are allowed to travel with reasonable personal luggage within the company's applicable luggage limits of 10kg. Excess or oversized luggage may attract additional charges or may be subject to space availability. Please confirm the luggage allowance for your specific route before travelling.

Items that may endanger passengers, staff, or the vehicle are prohibited. These include dangerous, illegal, flammable, explosive, or otherwise restricted items. Passengers may be required to surrender or remove prohibited items before boarding.

Please report any lost, missing, or damaged luggage to the terminal staff immediately. Provide your ticket details and a description of the luggage so the matter can be properly documented and investigated.

Yes. Brit Transport provides logistics and cargo services on selected routes. Availability, charges, size, weight, and route restrictions may apply.

To send a parcel, visit a Brit Transport terminal and provide the required sender and receiver details. You will be given the relevant information or reference needed for collection and tracking. For tracking enquiries, contact the terminal or Customer Service with your parcel details.

Yes. Dangerous, illegal, prohibited, or restricted items cannot be sent through our parcel service. If you are unsure about an item, please contact Brit Transport before sending it.
